Jack In The Box employee shot during argument over sauce

HOUSTON – An argument about sauce led to a Jack In The Box employee being shot outside of the restaurant by a customer in north Harris County Thursday night.

Harris County Sheriff’s deputy said the customer got upset while in the drive thru at the restaurant on Aldine Mail Route.

An employee standing outside began speaking back to the customer and that’s when a female passenger in that vehicle pulled out a gun and fired shots, hitting the employee in the hand.

The customers then fled in the vehicle. The injured worker was taken to the hospital where his condition is said to be stable.
