Man injured in shooting in southwest Houston

HOUSTON – Police are looking for a suspect after man was shot in southwest Houston Thursday night.
The incident happened on the corner of Bissonnet and South Dairy Ashford.

Arriving HPD units located a male inside a dodge charger with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim was transported by HFD to Ben Taub Hospital, where he is expected to survive.

Several bullet holes were visible in both front doors and the rear passenger door.

According to initial information, the victim was shot while driving down the road. He pulled into a parking lot and then called 911 for help.
