Four children found abandoned in Spring

HOUSTON – Investigation is underway after four children were found abandoned in Spring area early Friday.

In a tweet, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said HCSO units responded to a welfare check at the 4000 block of Cypress Hill Drive and found three children standing on the roadway, including one that was nude.

A toddler was found inside an adjacent residence with no adult supervision.

The sheriff said the home was found unkept and in disarray.

In addition to the HCSO investigators, Child Protective Services also responded to the scene.
