HOUSTON – Four people have died in a horrific crash near Bush Intercontinental Airport early Friday.
The accident happened around 12:30 on Will Clayton Parkway between Lee Road and Eastex Freeway.
According to initial information, an Uber driver was heading towards the airport in the right lane when a sedan, traveling at a high rate of speed, sideswiped the Uber.
The striking vehicle then left the roadway after striking the Uber and burst into flames.
Arriving HPD officers found four people inside the burning sedan while one of the four victims was partially ejected from the vehicle, but all were pronounced dead on scene by the Houston Fire Department.
