Two injured in rollover crash on Katy Freeway

HOUSTON – At least two people have been injured in a rollover crash on Katy Freeway early Tuesday.

The crash happened around 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of Fry Road and Franz Road.

Reportedly, the vehicle failed to stay in its lane when it went off the roadway and flipped at least once.

According to details provided by HCSO, one female has been transported via life flight and a male victim has been moved to the hospital in ambulance.

Both are expected to survive.

Authorities said the man and woman were intoxicated. The deputies are working to determine who was behind the wheel.
