1 dead, 2 injured in southwest Houston shooting

HOUSTON – Police are looking for a suspect after one person was killed and two others were injured in a shooting in southwest Houston early Monday. 

The shooting happened outside Café Sonata around 1:25 a.m. in the 10900 block of Bissonet.

According to investigators, a pickup truck pulled up outside the café. The shooter got out of the vehicle and opened fire on the victims after an altercation. 

Reportedly, two victims were shot in the head and another was shot in the hand. One person died at the scene and two injured males were moved to the hospital. 

Detectives are reviewing security camera footage to investigate the incident.
