Eight units damaged in commercial fire on W 34th Street

HOUSTON – Firefighters battled a heavy fire at a storage facility on West 34th Street Monday night. 

After receiving reports of a commercial fire in the 2200 block of W 34th Street, HFD crews immediately arrived at the location and found heavy smoke rising from several storage units.

Firefighters made forcible entry into the units and got the fire under control.

As per details, eight units were damaged in the incident.

Cause of the fire is under investigation.
