Car Enthusiasts Alert! Barrett-Jackson Revs up Its Inaugural Classic Car Collection at NRG Center this weekend!

HOUSTON, TEXAS —

For the first time ever Barrett-Jackson is bringing their enormous classic car auction to the Lone Star State this weekend at NRG Center.

The inaugural auction will have hundreds of collectible cars to choose from selling every vehicle at no reserve and on display throughout the event.

Craig Jackson, chairman, and CEO of Barrett-Jackson said, “The car culture runs deep in Texas, which is why we’ve had our hearts set on bringing an event to the state. The pent-up demand for collectible vehicles and the hobby in 2021, combined with the level of excitement we see at our inaugural events, will make this Houston Auction one that enthusiasts around the globe will not want to miss.”

Barrett-Jackson will host dozens of sponsors showcasing the latest in automotive technology, interactive displays, a red carpet, notable vehicles from Hollywood films, and much more.

Spectators will be given a chance to speed around with a professional driver in high-end sports cars on the Barrett-Jackson Performance Track.

In addition, visitors can shop for high-end luxury goods and services at the Exhibitor Marketplace.

Chevrolet and Ford will present luxe laps of their C8 Corvette and Mustang Mach 1, individually.

Toyota and Dodge will also be on-site with a drifting exhibition featuring the Toyota Supra, as well as Dodge Charger and Challenger.
