Man struck by METRORail train in downtown Houston

HOUSTON – A man was sent to the hospital after he was struck by a METRORail train in downtown Houston Sunday night. 

The incident happened around 8 p.m. near 2520 Main Street. 

The victim has transported to the hospital via ambulance in unknown condition, authorities said. 

The Metro Police Department has initiated investigation into the incident.
