Man allegedly killed by ex-girlfriend’s brother

HOUSTON – Harris County sheriff’s deputies are investigating after a man was allegedly shot and killed inside an apartment Monday night. 

The shooting was reported at an apartment complex located at 910 Cypress Station.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they found an adult male, who has been identified as Romance Daniels, with a gunshot wound to the chest. 

The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez tweeted. 

Authorities said the male was shot after he got into some sort of altercation with his ex-girlfriend’s brother. 

Investigation is underway.
