Migrants cross Rio Grande under cover of night

Under the dark of night, dozens of people crossed the Rio Grande River from Mexico into the United States on Tuesday (April 21).

The migrants crossed the river on an inflatable raft and mostly women and children were seen stepping off the rafts into Roma, Texas.

From there, they walked up an embankment and surrendered to waiting U.S. Boarder Patrol.

Every night, dozens of people from Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala cross the Rio Grande River on several inflatable rafts.
