HARRIS COUNTY – On March 31, 2021, Investigators with Constable Mark Herman’s Criminal Investigations Division concluded a multi-day operation in Harris County Precinct 4 aimed at deterring prostitution, identifying Human Trafficking offenders and rescuing victims of Human Trafficking.
This operation was the result of numerous complaints from citizens regarding prostitution and other illegal activity on and around the FM 1960 corridor.
As a result of the operation, 11 male suspects ranging from their 20’s to their 60’s were arrested and charged with Prostitution after soliciting sex or sex acts from undercover investigators.
Additionally, two other males were arrested for drug charges and Out of State Felony Warrants. Rescuing victims of human trafficking and a safe environment for our communities are a priority and call for a proactive response to these suspected sexual predators.
