Olympic archery places sealed at Americas’ qualification event

Six places for the archery competitions at the delayed Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games were won at the Americas’ continental qualification tournament on Saturday (March 27) in Monterrey, Mexico.

Brazil, Canada and Ecuador won the three women’s places, with Brazil’s Ane Marcelle Dos Santos winning gold in the tournament.

Colombia, Chile and Mexico won the three men’s places, with Colombia’s Jorge Enrique winning gold.
