Father arrested for street racing with children in the car

HARRIS COUNTY – A Harris County area dad was taken into custody Tuesday after he was caught drag racing in West Houston.

Kevin Quinteros was pulled over by a Precinct 4 deputy after he saw him and another driver drag racing down West Lake Houston Pkwy. The other car fled the opposite direction but the officer was able to catch up to Quinteros and stop him.

Upon inspection of Quinteros car the deputy noticed two small children in the back seat ages 7 months and three years old and the childrens mother in the passenger seat.

Kevin Quinteros was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail with charges of Racing on a Highway and two counts of Child Endangerment. His bond was set at $2,100.00
